Are you looking to start or enhance your coaching career?  We have a number of coaching positions in our junior division. These opportunities are ideal for new and experienced coaches who want to help grow the game and love for the sport.  

HP and HP Development programs -  HP coaches are responsible for leading on field sessions for our HP Development and HP players.
To be eligible you will need a strong technical coaching background and/or experience at playing in a performance environment. Sessions are focused on core technical skills applied at a high intensity in a challenging but fun environment. We offer HP and HP development programs for our U13, U15 and U18 athletes. Sessions take place on Mondays. 

Lead Coaches - To lead on-field training sessions and provide on-
field support for current Spring league parent and junior coaches. Lead coaches will support multiple teams. The expectation is to be at each weekly practice. Lead coaches are age group specific - 
U9, U10, U11, U12 & U13.

Age Group Head Coach (AGHC) - Our U6, U7 and U8 programs are centralized to one field and we require AGHC’s for on-field management, coaching and support to club coaches. There may be junior, parent and club coaches assisting at these sessions.

Team Coach - Team coaching for one or more teams for the duration of the Spring League season. The expectation will be to attend the weekly practice as well as games on the weekend. This is for coaches of all abilities. We are looking for coaches who would like to give something back to the field hockey community to develop and engage future players.

Requirements:

• Must be available for the duration of the season from April -June
• Technical and tactical background knowledge
• Prior coaching experience is preferred. Playing experience will be taken into account for new coaches.
