This year we have organised medical information so that you are able to look it up on your phone when you are on the field.  There is also the functionality to print out your team's information should you want to.

Please be aware that for 2019, medical information has been grouped by age group.  Only Coaches & Managers should have access to these pages.  This is confidential medical information and is bound by our privacy of information policy. Please respect that and do not share it or use it for purposes other than for your team use.

1. Go to wvfhc.com

2. Log in using your Coach or Manager sign-in and password

3. Click on the tab "Juniors" - the drop-down should show Boys Programs/Girls Programs/Uxx Medical Info:

4. Click on the "age group Medical info"

5. You will see a screen with the medical info. You can sort it by team or by name using the tabs.

Click on "details" on the left column next to the player you need the info for, and a screen will pop up for that one player with their medical information.

6. You can also export the list to excel if you prefer to print a hard copy for the team medical kit.  Please delete other teams' information if you choose to do this.
