If you are not receiving emails as a Coach or Manager of a team, there are a few reasons that this may be:

1.  You are not rostered correctly to the team.  Please contact your AGC to confirm that you are rostered as a Coach or Manager

2.  You have set your overall account email preferences to not receive emails from WVFHC.  For info on how to check your email preferences and correct this, please click here

3. You do not have the right email address associated with the team or your profile.  For info on how to check and change this, please click here.

WVFHC can tell you which email address is associated with your account and profile, and we can also tell if you have opted in/out of emails from us.  However we are unable to edit your email preferences.  This must be done by you using the steps in the articles above.
